Stay in first class beachside accommodation at Salt Yeppoon Apartments. Located in the centre of Yeppoon with wonderful views over the pacific ocean and the Keppel Islands. The Capricorn Resort accommodation closed many years ago and we now choose to stay here in these lovely apartments.
These one and two bedroom apartments are superbly decorated and very comfortable. Secure private parking on the premises is included. Being in the centre of town is oh so convenient. You have a multitude of choices with bars, cafes and restaurants just a few steps away.
When staying here, on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast, a visit to the Yeppoon Lagoon is a must do experience.

Surrounded by naturally beautiful bushland playing Yeppoon golf course seems like you are on a permanent holiday. The staff and locals here are just so polite and friendly. The course itself is also mostly friendly to the majority of us golfers.
The fairways and greens are in great condition all year. If you do venture off the mown grass and into the natural vegetation you can usually find your ball without much fuss. This certainly helps the flow of play.
You don’t need to be a long hitter to score well at Yeppoon. Having said that the low handicapper will still find this course a challenge. Some par fives here are reachable for the weekend golfer. The par threes are all enjoyable with the 169 metre 16th hole is particularly noteworthy. The green is quite wide with a bunker guarding the front left and a steep runoff over the back. The play here is to select a club that ensures you won’t be long.
