These one and two bedroom apartments are superbly decorated and very comfortable. Secure private parking on the premises is included. Being in the centre of town is oh so convenient. You have a multitude of choices with bars, cafes and restaurants just a few steps away.
When staying here, on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast, a visit to the Yeppoon Lagoon is a must do experience.

Play Capricorn Resort Golf Course and savour 18 stunning golf holes. Carved out of natural bushland every hole here deserves recognition. The wide and long fairways are in excellent condition all year round as are the very large greens.
There are some very challenging holes here even for the lowest of handicappers. For the mid and high handicappers there is that awesome feeling of satisfaction to make par on any of the 18 holes.
The resort itself has closed many years ago leaving only the golf course and associated golf shop open. Currently you will not find any food available here other than a packet of chips. Drinks and alcohol are available for purchase from the golf shop. Generally things around the golf course are in disrepair. But the golf course itself is in incredibly well maintained and in great condition. The very well priced green fees generously include a motorised golf cart.
