The Palmer Coolum Resort golf course has a very proud history of hosting some of the worlds best golfers. Most of the original course design remains the same so we can relive some of TV’s greatest golfing moments – especially the treacherous finishing hole (now the ninth hole).
When GolfAway.com.au last visited here we found that the general facilities and conditions are lacking for a golf course with such a prestigious past – as with other Palmer operated golf courses we have visited. But, nevertheless, this golf course still remains a truly spectacular layout to play. The tees, fairways and greens are still thoughtfully maintained and are in a very good condition.
