Play golf at Maryborough’s sprawling 18 hole layout. This wonderful golf course will pleasantly surprise many with it’s amply irrigated fairways and wide assortment of great golfing holes.

Set in a park like setting the Maryborough golf course is a pure joy to play. Meandering around ponds and lakes some holes are undulating while others are almost dead flat. The excellent greens here are also larger than average for a country golf course.

There are some great candidates for Maryborough’s signature hole. Special mention must be given to the par three 7th hole and the lakeside par four 8th hole. But our choice for the signature hole at Maryborough is the beautiful 116 metre par three 9th hole. With the large 30 plus meter long green the most distant hole placement is where the green is at it’s narrowest. The tee juts out into Ululah Lagoon and you are faced with a water carry to a heavily protected green with bunkers placed neatly at the front, right and left. Get your cameras out for this one as it is a truly picturesque and one of the region’s golfing gems.
