“Enjoy hilltop tees and beautiful valley views when you play golf at Charleston.”

Charlestown golf course is a joy to play with expansive fairways, excellent greens and a wonderful variety of golfing holes. Evolving into a superb golfing facility within the last few years Charlestown golf club boasts a championship 18 hole layout plus a cutting edge 26 bay driving range complete with Top Tracer technology.

There are some challenging holes to play here including the long uphill par four (par 5 for the ladies) 17th, the dogleg par four 5th and the narrow par four 11th with it’s 50+ metre long green. Along with the fantastic views there are a number of birdie opportunities too at Charlestown. The short downhill par four 8th and the boomerang shaped par four (par 5 for the ladies) 4th hole. Your golfing prowess will be tested at times here at Charlestown but it is such a scenic, enjoyable and rewarding golf course to play.

The signature hole at Charleston golf course must surely be the serene par three 2nd hole. At just 138 metres from the back tee, and no sign of any bunkers, most players are thinking birdie opportunity. This elegantly designed hole has a wonderfully forested backdrop top the kidney shaped green. You only need to carry the large pond that guards the front and right of the green to be putting for birdie. Simple right!
