“Experience the famous ‘Gallipoli’ bunker when you play Barham’s only golfing layout at CluBarham Golf Resort”
Play golf at Barham’s one and only golf course located at the CluBarham Golf Resort. Just a 3 minute drive north of Barham this layout is a classical Murray River golfing haven. Most holes are bordered by river gums and the flow of Hudson Creek meandering through the property completes the Australiana theme.
The ochre red sand bunkering is a real feature on the front nine while the back nine provides plenty of opportunity to score well. The fairways are well grassed with gentle slopes and mounds to make things interesting.
Probably the most memorable hole to play at CluBarham is the highly indexed 383 metre par four 5th hole. This signature hole has a monstrous Boomerang shaped bunker guarding the front of the green. Aptly named ‘Gallipoli’ this 20+ metre wide bunker is around 2 metres deep. Once you are in there it is quite a challenge to get back out.
