Play golf at Black Bull Yarrawonga for the ultimate Murray River golfing experience. Opened in 2015 and designed by the legendary Peter Thomson/Ross Perrett team, Black Bull has quickly gained recognition as one of the finest championship golf courses in Australia.

Black Bull golf course is challenging but more importantly the layout is so much fun to play. The greens are very large, their is an array of bunkering perfectly placed around the course and the fairways are sublime. Located on the edge of Lake Mulwala, Black Bull winds its way around many other much smaller lakes with each hole playing in different directions.

Being such a well designed course there are many contenders for the Black Bull signature hole. Outside of the three brilliant holes 4, 5 & 6 that make up the “Bull Ring” we choose the 150 metre par three 16th as a worthy contender. This is a lovely looking hole. From the tee a large three leaf clover shaped green is nestled on it’s own point that partly juts out into a lake. Other than the water to the left and an adjoining fairway bunker to the right this hole screams all systems go to attack the pin for a great chance of making birdie.
